Besides exploring different beer gardens around DC, on the weekends, it is also a great time to enjoy some fun conversations with friends and new members that love the spirit of summer and a nice cold beer.

A Saturday Afternoon at a Beer Garden

As part of our summer outdoor events we have planned a few afternoons at different beer gardens across DC, Maryland and Virginia. For our next event we have selected a beer garden in DC known to be a fun, friendly, neighborhood place where friendly dogs are allowed outdoors in the garden.

The Midlands in DC, is a neighborhood craft beer garden with picnic tables and 22 drafts, wine by the bottle and some spirits. The kitchen at the beer garden serves giant pretzels, tacos, nachos and other food items, and patrons are welcome to bring their own food in.

The biggest difference between German and Belgium beer is what's allowed in the beer.

We will enjoy a couple of hours at The Midlands sampling their different beers and enjoying the warm summer weather.

Note: You can bring your own food and friendly dogs are allowed in the beer garden.
