Our Saturday afternoon exploration will entail a visit to a winery in Virginia, just about an hour's drive from Washington DC.

We will visit a winery which produces artisan wines in Virginia with traditional old world methods that have been passed over many generations.

Quattro Goombas located in Aldie Virginia is Italian for four close friends and defines the heart of their business representing passion for friendship, family, celebration, and tradition.

Quattro Goombas also has a brewery that offers an ever-changing line-up of custom craft beers. Beers are available in flights of four 6 oz, short 10 oz, and 16 oz pints pours on premise.

The winery has a Pizza shop which serves square-cut, Sicilian style pizza with a light and airy crust having a crisp bottom, and fresh crushed tomato sauce with special blend of mozzarella, provolone, and pecorino romano cheeses to top everything off.

The setting here is friendly, casual and relaxing where you can learn more about the vineyard, craft brewery and the wine making process.
