Starting a New Year - 2020

We are going to start off the New Year 2020, as we have been doing in the past many years, by visiting Virginia's ever growing wine region, where we can have a social wine and food pairing afternoon, with some great views of the countryside, while meeting with old friends and new members of Grapes & Grains.

We have selected a winery in Loudoun County which is known for its scenic views with rolling hills of farms and vineyards and the Blue Ridge Mountains along the horizon.

Terra Nebulo Vineyards located in the Catoctin Valley of Loudoun County, is a relatively new winery which opened its doors in 2015. The white grape varieties include Chardonnay, Riesling, Viognier, Traminette; and the red grape varieties are Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc.
